MNCHI provides an opportunity to acquire research skills through MicroResearch training held annually.

The aim is to enable participants to address local health challenges through conducting community-based research. Under this mentorship program, participants form teams that are provided with a coach/mentor who guides them in formulating appropriate research questions, develop proposals, which upon approval, carry out the research projects..
